When you bring your Hyundai in for Express Service, rest assured that your vehicle will be worked on by Certified Hyundai Technicians who were exclusively trained to work on Hyundai vehicles. They know the mechanics of your vehicle inside and out.

1. You will be assigned a Hyundai Express Advisor to take you through the process to confirm all repairs needed.
2. He/She will perform a Walkaround Inspection on your vehicle to verify condition and ensure your vehicle is returned better than it came in. This will be emailed to you for your records.
3. While your vehicle is being serviced our Hyundai Trained Technician will perform a courtesy Multipoint Inspection to ensure your vehicle is in safe working condition. Inspected items will be rated on severity using a GREEN / YELLOW / RED scale.
4. This will be followed by a short video labeled CitNOW explaining the overall health of the vehicle.
5. After repairs have been completed your Hyundai Express Advisor will review the completed report with you and get you back on the road.
