The safety of our guests and employees is our top priority, and we’ve implemented further protocols in our facility. We’re diligently cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic areas throughout the day after serving customers and restricting employees from working under certain circumstances. We have rearranged our waiting areas to accommodate the CDC Social Distancing guidelines.

We Come To You - Service Valet

We're offering "We Come To You - Service Valet" through our Service Department. Use our easy 4-Step Process to schedule your service appointment, vehicle pick-up, and vehicle delivery back to your residence. The cost of the service is $20 for pick-up and delivery within a 10-mile radius of the dealership. Each additional mile costs $1 per travel route. This is one more way we're helping our clients practice social distancing.

No-Contact Service

We’re following the guidelines put forth by the CDC and offering No-Contact Service in our service drives. Service Advisors practice appropriate social distancing when you check in and we look over your vehicle. Wait comfortably in our lounge sitting at least 6 feet apart from others. Check out using Easy Bill Pay from your Mobile Device. We return your vehicle to you thoroughly disinfected before you leave.

Relief on Pre-Owned Purchases

We’re here to help during these times of uncertainty, and we're doing what we can to help alleviate some of your burdens. Receive a $1,000 credit on select model year pre-owned inventory. These savings are in addition to our already competitive Schomp ONE PRICE®.

No-Contact Parts Delivery

With most people working from home and fewer commutes, we're offering "No-Contact Parts Delivery" for the Do It Yourselfers who choose to spend their spare time working on their own vehicles. Retail parts orders totaling $25 or more receive free next-day delivery to their home. We'll leave the order on your doorstep so you can work on your vehicle at your leisure to assist with social distancing.

Schomp Automotive is dedicated to the safety of our guests and team members alike. With the recent confirmed cases of COVID19 in Colorado, we’re taking additional measures to mitigate the risk of transmission to our customers and employees.

Below are some of the protocol and action items we’re taking in our dealerships to mitigate against the spread of the virus.


In-Store

  • Please do not be offended if our Client Advisors refrain from shaking your hand. We have informed our customer-facing staff that it is their personal choice to make if they are comfortable shaking hands with guests.
  • We’ve increased the amount of times our facilities staff cleans and disinfects common areas across all of our dealerships.
  • We are sterilizing all customer-facing and employee common areas regularly throughout the day. 
  • All door handles, guard rails and commonly-touched areas are disinfected regularly. 
  • We are cleaning all customer waiting areas (desks, tables, chairs, nursery room) as soon as they’re vacated by customers.


Schomp Employees

  • We’re actively monitoring travel destinations of our team members. 
  • Any Schomp team member who has recently returned from an international destination where COVID19 is prevalent will not be allowed to return to work until they wait a 14 day period to check for COVID19 symptoms. 
  • Any Schomp team member who has traveled domestically to heavily infected areas is required to….
  • Schomp Team Members who become ill are being instructed not to come to work until they’ve fully recovered.
  • We’ve strategically placed hand sanitizer around our facilities that are easily accessible to all Schomp team members to allow for them to sterilize their hands regularly.  
  • We’re requiring our staff to wash their hands regularly throughout the day; at least once an hour. 
  • We’ve instructed our staff to wash hands or use hand sanitizer after greeting customers, handling food, and touching personal items.
  • All work-needed items such as keyboards, computer mouses, phones and computers are being sanitized every night.
